Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

All products are assembled and shipped from Alberta, Canada.

Delivery Times (Estimates)

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 5–14 business days

  • International: Varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

For orders shipped outside Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
