At Air2Weight, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused and uninstalled

  • Is in original condition

  • Includes all original packaging and components

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Custom, special-order, or discounted items

  • Electrical components showing signs of installation

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a tractable shipping service. Air2Weight is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this refund policy.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Air2Weight load scale systems provide estimated weight readings and are not legal-for-trade scales. Refunds will not be issued based on calibration expectations, interpretation of readings, or regulatory compliance requirements.
